To set up and run Xenium Ranger, please follow the following steps:

Xenium Ranger 4.0.0 highlights
- Supports reanalysis of Xenium Onboard Analysis data up to XOA v4.0.
- Segment previously un-segmentable large cells with the new large cell segmentation feature.
- Substitute a boundary or interior stain with a Xenium Protein image for multimodal cell segmentation.
- Map cell IDs between a Xenium Ranger output and the imported segmentation to join metadata for a third-party analysis.
